pink tees

It’s warming up and I need a few more t-shirts so out came trusty Simplicity 4076 and some pink stash fabric:

I kept the pink slippers on cos they matched the tee! Here is another wrap tee from the same pattern - this time I got the neckline binding right! I also remembered to lengthen the pattern by about 4 inches too.

I couldn’t be a model - I only seem to have one pose. I always seem to look much shorter in these blog photos than in real life too. I think I may need to fiddle with the tripod a bit more.

I have had this pink fabric with white dots and hearts for a while now and I’m so glad to have finally gotten around to making it up! I used a plain pink for the sleeves, binding and back.

Whenever I check into your site, I am always amazed at how you just seem to be able to “whip-up” clothes! I slave away at apparel and it would never look good enough to take a picture of if and when I finished it-a simple pleated skirt for my daughter took me more time than I care to contemplate and more trouble than I could stand! You are awesome! Keep up the inspiration!

You do very nice work. I really like the wrap top. May just get me to actually buy a pattern.
