My almost daily crafty/sewing blog where I show and tell the things I have made and a little bit of what is happening in my life. I am a hoarder - of inspiration images, fabric, patterns, and crafting books. I live in Australia and I'm a work at home mum to three great kids. My indie boutique is at www.redinstead.com.au where you can see the things I make.

<!--%kramer-ref-pre%-->[...] Thanks Jen Had one of those moments when you just know you've seen something that's going to make a big difference in your life. Was looking at Jen's blog (I really gotta cut down on my blog reading time, it's getting ridiculous. Wonderful, but ridiculous.) and saw her visual diary/collage book.I have got to try that. I'm not one for journals, despite this blog, but this I just have to do.It's a bit weird. English was always my thing at school, but now I look back and realise that I really connect with the world through art and design. Wish I'd understood that many many years ago.The photo is just for your gratuitous viewing pleasure. Because there are times when even socks hanging on the washing line can be Art.
