I went along to Bek’s baby shower this afternoon - though I think I wrote Bec not Bek on her card! Sorry about that! I got to meet Bek’s gorgeous sisters and a few of her friends and of course, we played all the requisite silly baby shower games - what a laugh!

I got busy last night and this morning making a cute little toy for the new baby. It love how it turned out! I call it a Flat Teddy but Jenny Ryan calls it a Square Bear in her book, Sew Darn Cute:

Polka dots and ric rac and hearts, oh my!

Here’s to a happy and healthy baby, Bek! Enjoy these last few weeks… or days?!?

Aaah he/she? looks great. I’ll bet the baby keeps it forever, even though they won’t stay a baby long, (obviously)
