Here is yesterday’s Analog Artlog entry:

analog_26_April

I have to say how happy it makes me to receive all your lovely comments on my artwork.  I really appreciate it - those of you who have mentioned that you might like to try…  get yourself a blank book and get scribbling!  It’s so much fun!

Visual ChroniclesI was very happy to receive an encouraging comment from Linda Woods, one of the authors of the book I am reading. “Visual Chronicles” has the subtitle The No-Fear Guide to Creating Art Journals, Creative Manifestos & Altered Books and it really is so good.

The book is written by two sisters and has a lot of humour and easy to apply ideas and suggestions for visual journalling.  The authors have a blog too - of course, who doesn’t these days?

I love how authors can be so approachable thanks to the internet - they’re just people like us after all.

Here is a peek inside the book - more pages are here.
