Children’s Book Launch - Tania McCartney
On Sunday, I was Event Photographer for local self-published success story, Tania McCartney who was launching the second children’s picture book in her Riley series – Riley and the Dancing Lion.
above: Tania’s newest children’s book, Riley and the Dancing Lion and the gorgeous red plane that inspired the illustrations for Riley’s plane rides all around Hong Kong.
above: These two, Beya and Daniel, were just the most gorgeous children – I could have taken photos of them all day.
above: Author Tania McCartney on the right and Candice Edye from Daisy and Dandelion networking group on the left. Two amazing women I am glad to call friends!
above: Tania had fun activities organised for the kids – Beya again, concentrating on some colouring in.
above: Tania likes to read to the crowd of children (and their parents!) at each event – it is gorgeous to see them all so entralled. Tania makes the book come alive for them.
above: Talking to the crowd. Tania has a gorgeous smile and she is always smiling!

Tania has loads more of my photos (and an excellent wrap up of the day’s festivities) on her blog post – I gave her a disc with almost 100 photos on it. If you were at the Book Launch and would like a copy of your child’s photo – stay tuned. I’m organising that soon.
You can see more of the photos that I took for Tania’s book launch at my Event Photography page. Get in touch if you want to book me for your next event.
