behold… a tissue holder!
There are many more tissue holders at flickr - this one was made with the wonderful assistance of this tutorial and using fabrics that I hand stamped. Which reminds me, my big bottle of Bubble Jet Set arrived in today’s mail so I will soon be making some nice digital fabric prints - like the very nice ones over here.

All I did was get some stamps (foam, mounted or unmounted - it doesn’t matter) some fabric ink (I used VersaCraft) and some cotton fabric (I used homespun) and stamp to your heart’s content. Wait for a little while (it will dry fast) and then throw it in a hot dryer for 10 mins or so or give it an iron (I did both, using a big old iron press to get more done at once) and then wash it and iron again.
Sew it up into something cute and stand back and admire your work! (I haven’t done that bit yet.)
I haven’t posted in a while but I haven’t been totally slack here you know. It is school holidays so the kids are all home, my husband has been away interstate for work quite a lot and I have been battling a cold.
Anyway here is what I have been working on - my very first ATCs:
It has been fun to work in such a small size and I think these may be the first of many. I am still deciding whether to sell them on eBay (as ACEOs) or to join a swap or something. If you do want one, let me know in the comments field and I will see what I might want to do with them.
